1st Annual VIRTUAL Holiday Boutique 2020 – Seller Agreement
This Agreement will serve as a mutual understanding between Seller (as identified below) and the District 31 Education Foundation concerning your participation in the District 31 Education Foundation 1st Annual VIRTUAL Holiday Boutique 2020, to go live on Wednesday, November 25th and conclude on Sunday, December 20th, 2020 (“Holiday Boutique Term”).
For your tax-deductible donation, the District 31 Education Foundation agrees to promote your business during the Holiday Boutique Term. District 31 Education Foundation agrees to promote your business for the dates. We will promote our virtual boutique through our 1,000+ families & staff emails, school district websites, and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram). The Boutique will be hosted on the website of the Education Foundation (https://d31edfoundation.org).
We are offering two options for participation. Each package will include your logo, website or contact info, a brief (3 sentences) description of your business, company-provided video, and up to 6 pictures of any merchandise you would like to promote (“Listing”). The Virtual Holiday Boutique will be actively marketing during the Holiday Boutique Term. The Seller’s Listing will remain on our website until October 31, 2021.
District 31 Education Foundation will NOT be responsible for the delivery or shipping of any products sold. All pick-up, delivery, or shipping of merchandise must be arranged through the Seller and the buyer.
